Midtown 1BR Hideaway: Steps to Ice Blocks

A ground-floor one-bedroom steps from the Ice Blocks, three city blocks of retail, boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and bars. Grocery stores, coffee shops, and parks are a short walk away, with the Golden 1 Center, DOCO, the State Capitol, and Old Sacramento all close by. The airport is a 20-minute drive.

Quiet and self-contained: a queen bed, a 65-inch TV, fast wifi, a full kitchen, and laundry in the unit. Your own side patio with a couple of chairs sits on the street-facing path to your door.

THE SPACE

A comfortable one-bedroom with a queen bed, a 65-inch smart TV, fast wifi, and plush seating to unwind on. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there's an all-in-one washer/dryer in the unit. Your stay includes plenty of towels, toiletries, extra blankets, and pillows. Please note: the laundry, dining, and bathroom areas have low ceilings, with 74 inches (6 feet 1 inch) of clearance.

We are pet friendly. Please include the number of pets in your reservation. Guests who do not disclose a pet will be charged the pet fee at checkout. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets, including additional cleaning for stains or spots.

Late checkout requires approval at least 24 hours in advance and cannot always be granted due to cleaning schedules. Same-day requests are $25 per half hour, charged at the top of the hour.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have sole access to the home throughout their stay, using a distinct door code for entry. Moreover, they have the convenience of off-street parking on the driveway in front of the unit.

Set in a tranquil and welcoming neighborhood, the unit is situated alongside a neighboring rental unit on the ground floor as well as the primary home above. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment by keeping noise levels to a minimum and avoiding disturbances for our fellow residents.
