Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please do NOT put the thermostat lower than 70 degrees during the summer. Doing so will cause the unit to freeze and stop working completely. In winter please do not put the temperature above 74.
Please place all used towels/washclothes in the bathtub/shower.
Please scoop all dog poop and place in a bag and discard in trashcans outside the home. Please take the trash to the road before departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Overall it was pretty good. I like to grill and the grill was pretty nasty and didnt have a grill brush designed for a gas grill.Didnt like having to open a gate every time i went out, especially when carrying luggage.

The place was just beautiful. Nice size rooms, interior decor was really nice & clean. The hot tub was really nice & clean & great great to lounge in .My family & I would love to stay here again in the future. My dog also loved running around in the large fenced in yard. We love that house was only 15 mins from the beach. Our main reason for staying at this place was it was close enough to spend time with my grandson who is stationed near by in the Airforce. Thank for making this a great vacation place for us.
