The home is designed for relaxation and entertainment, boasting a wraparound mahogany deck, 3 boat docks, a Jacuzzi, and 2 cozy fireplaces. Whether you're snowmobiling, boating, fishing, hiking, or skiing, this property offers access to it all—right outside your door! In addition to the nearby snowmobile and ATV trails, the house is just 12 miles from shopping and 4 golf courses, with the popular North Conway outlets only 20 miles away.
Pets are welcome (dogs only), but no smoking is allowed inside the home.
