Beautiful home. Loved the pool after a long day at the theme parks. Close to restaurants and easy access to theme parks. I will definitely stay here again.

All the beds were way, way too hard. We actually had to buy a topper so we could sleep. The house needs a major refresh on paint, carpet removal and furniture. The upstairs is much better than the downstairs. The pool was nice but house needs a ton of help. This place is right out of early 2000’s.

House have lots of space for the family. The host was excellent addressing all questions in timely manner. The house can be cleaned better it was very dusty under beds. Neighborhood was quiet. If a have to plan another family trip I will stay there again.

This home was beautiful and family friendly! It was spacious enough for a large family vacation. The host gave informative and easy check in and check our instructions which made the process very smooth. The neighborhood was within 5-10 minutes of grocery stores, shopping areas, a water park and so much more. My family truly enjoyed our stay!

This short little stay was for a graduation event I had to attend. This was the perfect rental for the stay and the size of my party. Was only 40 minutes from the school and quick trip to theme parks as well.

Annual Florida Trip

Every year we travel to the Orlando area for a flag football tournament. The biggest thing we look for in a house is location and comfort. We got both of those with this home. The owner and property manager were helpful and had great communication. The house was big enough for all of us and the area was quiet (which we love). When we come back next year if this home is available we plan to book again.

The exterior of the house is aesthetically pleasing, and the property is quite spacious. However, the furniture and decor are noticeably outdated. Unfortunately, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to find a restful position. Furthermore, the window sills were dirty, and when we used the jetted hot tubs, a sand-like substance emerged from both. The areas under the beds were also filthy.The house had no supplies whatsoever it states one roll of toilet paper is provided then bring your own also papertowel shampoo and conditioner bring your own. Basically bring everything. This was a first for us. All other Vrbos have always had all those things. also there is an absolute extensive check out list which we followed but why the large cleaning fee if we basically do it. The toilets require constant plunging....The pool you have to pay 30.00 a day for heated and spa but at bst was semiwarm more cold than anything. Also the neighbors were smoking mariguana shamelessly while my kids were in the pool and loud music all hours of the night then morning....This was not a good stay nor will we EVER RETURN again.

The photos don’t do it justice, such a beautiful property and everything was very clean! We had an amazing job! One of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed in! My only recommendation to tenets, heat the pool even in July, it would have been so worth it…our bad though for not. Can’t wait to come back!! THANK YOU!!
