The property had potential, but the overall cleanliness was disappointing , especially in the bathrooms. A more thorough cleaning would have made our stay much more comfortable.

The host was professional and polite and not overbearing. The rooms were clean. It was a cozy stay in a quiet neighborhood. I was there for business so I didn't have time for play but I appreciated that there were board games available. Check in and Check out was simple and easy. I enjoyed all the personal homey touches to the place.

Great Stay in Bangor, ME

My wife and I were up to visit my son who lives in Bangor and we stayed here for 3 nights. Perfect fit as it is in a quiet location and right near the heart of Bangor. They are super friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.

This was a very stressful and disappointing experience. We travelled about 4 hours to Bangor and were looking forward to the reserved home to come in and relax. Instead, we came to a locked house without any instructions to come in. The owner was contacted and had difficulty responding due to being away and having a poor reception. To make the story short the property was double booked and other guests were already inside. We had to request a refund and look for another place to stay. The owner was very apologetic and did suggest a nearby hotel that we could go to. With this being a local colleges move in weekend we were lucky the hotel had some cancellations and we were able to get two rooms. The owner was also able to promptly issue a refund.
