Beautiful and spacious 7,645 sq. ft. log cabin in Fish Haven, ID, sleeps, 43+ (4 King, 5 Queen, 2 Full, & 21 Twin beds, 9 sleeping mats, 2 Futons, 9 couches). 6 bedrooms, 1 semiprivate bedroom off the master, and 1 large bunk room making it feel like 8 bedrooms total. Also 1 futon, 9 couches, and lots of floor space. There are 9 foldable 3"-4" thick sleeping pads for floor sleeping. Easy access to Fish Haven Canyon & Bear Lake for outdoor adventures! Plenty of room to host large gatherings with large kitchen & dining seating 40+ people. Private, indoor heated pool (12.5'x14'x3') set at 85 degrees. A large landscaped yard/playground/patio for outdoor entertainment! High speed WiFi.

Outdoor amenities include basketball hoop, swing set, tether ball, pickleball, BBQ grill and large fire pit. Indoors amenities billiard/ping pong table, and large kids play area. Don't forget about two large family rooms each equipped with a gas fireplace. Large windows with a 360 degree million dollar view of the area! TONS of parking for all your vehicles and toys! Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
As you strip the beds and bring the sheets to the laundry rooms (and start a load), please leave the quilts on the bed. They get rotated through the wash.
Please take the garbage cans ACROSS the street to the North of the cabin and space them 6 feet apart. The garbage truck comes Monday mornings. Thank you!!
Make sure the front door is dead bolted so it stays closed.

The home was great for our family--lots of places for small groups to hang out separately from others and good locations for the whole group to be together.We appreciated the wide variety of activities available: swimming pool, pool table, TVs, pickleball, basketball, etc.The view of Bear Lake was spectacular!All in all, a great place for a large family gathering.

We didn’t receive a code to get into the property on time and we couldn’t get a hold of the owner. Luckily the door was open when we got there. The keys on most of the doors are very difficult to work and children and adults got locked in the bathrooms. The pool cover has mold on the edges. The air conditioner stopped working on a very hot day and it was difficult to contact anyone to address the problem. The property needs another freezer.This is a beautiful piece of property and with a little more attention could receive a high rating.

If you look in your messages you will see that the code was sent 2 hours before check in time. I’m not sure why you keep saying you didn’t get it. Please look back in your messages. Also, there are instructions on the wall on how to unlock the unique bathrooms doors. And you said how difficult it was to get a hold of someone? If you look back in your messages and texts, we responded very quickly with the code 2 hours before check in and we even let you check in early. Also, I was in the shower when you called about the AC and answered promptly when I got out. When Idaho and Utah were having record breaking heat waves and you crank the AC all the way down, that’s what causes the condenser to freeze. And then our handy man showed up so fast that he said you were surprised at how quickly he got there. And that was at 10:30 on a weekend night. I’m not sure how we could have responded faster. Also, the trash bags you couldn’t find were exactly where we said they were, on the right side of the pantry. You guys had moved the table cloths and aprons in front of them. All good! As for the freezer, we clearly state and have pictures of the appliances on hand in our listing. Having another freezer is a great idea that we will look into. And we will pass along to our pool guy about the mold on the cover. Thank you for bringing that to our attention. (He was probably busy getting all the sand out that was left behind 😉) We hope you were still able to enjoy your stay.

Fabulous huge house in quiet location with million dollar view, but close to all Bear Lake stores, activities, and the north shore beach. Host has been very responsive over the past several months since we booked the house. Unique feature is the four foot deep swiming pool on the bottom floor which was a lot of fun for the children, though they also spent hours on the playground. Older children played a lot of pickle ball. I really can't imagine a better place for a family reunion! Our last reunion four years ago was at Nags Head in the Outer Banks, which was wonderful, but this reunion was even better because we all fit in one perfect house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin! Very spacious with many bedrooms, large kitchen and great rooms. We’ve stayed in cabins at Bear Lake for many years and this cabin has the most spectacular views of Bear Lake we’ve ever seen! Everyone at our family reunion enjoyed the cabin and had a great time! The pool was very fun!
