Rustling trees, fresh mountain air, and all the time in the world to just slow down and enjoy it.

This is everything NYC isn’t, and we all need a break sometimes. Located close to all the best hiking trails, but still within walking distance of the restaurants and shops of Fort Montgomery.

and cleaned - perfect when all you want is a relaxing and easy stay

12-minute drive to West point!

Located on the route into town, the attractive property is set back from the road - making for a peaceful stay. The main attractions of town are right around the corner, and so is Bear Mountain and all the nature you could ask for!

Once inside, you’ll find two double-bedrooms, and one bedroom with a bunk bed in it. The large kitchen has been fully equipped with all the utensils you’ll need to make proper dinners.

There’s plenty of space for the whole family to chill out in the living room - ideal for movie night!

Property was very clean. Rooms were as described and beds were comfy. Living room sectional is great for hanging around and watching movies. Large kitchen space. Cons: Traffic noise is very loud and it is difficult to get out of the driveway as house is right on a busy highway. Kitchen is very sparsely equipped. We had a communication problem on the day of our check-in, but was able to remedy that with a call to VRBO. Hosts were apologetic for the lack of communication.

Not a bad property. Pro’s:Right on 9w 8 minutes to WP Thayer gate.Big enough for 6ppl with kids.Issues were addressed right away. Had an issue with blown plug. Doug maintenance manager was awesomePet Friendly (need to take dog around corner to park to walk and stretch legs)Cons:Difficult getting in and out of the driveway as it sits right on 9W and traffic when busy is moving at 40 to 45 miles an hour.Only one showerWas not the cleanest when we arrived.Stairwell to upstairs was steep (elderly and children).The property needs a touch of love and it would be a nice property.
