This place was excellent!! We needed a small getaway and we couldn’t have asked for a better place!!! It was spotless.. also the kitchen was extra, extra equipped, you do not need to bring anything at all, anything you can think of and more they have it.. this place was so close to a lot of the things that we wanted to do ( storyland, Conway railroad, sightseeing).. they also provided a ton of information for things to do near by and we took advantage of the waterfall guide!! I will deff be back, I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere (I don’t think I heard anything at all except nature) ohhh and the view of the mountains (snow and fall foliage) when opening the sliding doors was everything we needed!! It was so clean and when it was time for bed, it was super comfortable and lots of pillows!! Felt like a hotel bed…I will and plan to definitely come back to this place!! They deff thought of everything!

Need professional pest control. Fireplace unusable—————————— deceptive listing showed a fireplace in photos, but discovered fireplace not for guest use upon arrival— corporate Vacasa property management was not helpful, and referred to local property management team. — unable to contact or receive callback with local property management to discuss fireplace issue— after my complaints to Vacasa, fireplace photos were removed— EXCEPTIONALLY DISSATISFIED WITH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM

We understand how frustrating these problems must have been, especially when the listing photos did not meet your expectations. Please know that our local team has taken immediate action to address the ant situation by setting traps and removing any trash that may have contributed to the issue. We are committed to ensuring our homes meet the highest standards, and your feedback helps us improve. Regarding the fireplace, it is not available for guest use. This is an owner decision, and we will make every effort going forward to ensure this is made clearer in our advertising to avoid future confusion. Thank you again for your honest review.
