This condo is 100 steps to Lido Beach and only a few blocks to world famous St. Armands Circle where you can go shopping or dine at one of the many restaurants. Enjoy the white sand and turquoise water of the beach and in the evenings unwind with the gulf breeze flowing through one of the two unit's lanais. Whichever your style, this is paradise found. All of us love the close proximity to Lido Beach and also to all the restaurants and shops in St. Armands Circle. The Columbia is our favorite!

What makes this property unique

No need to pack up the car and drive through traffic to get to the beach. The condo is about a 2-3 minute walk from the beach.
