We are excited to have you as our guest in our cozy guest suite, situated just a 5-minute drive from SFU and a 30-minute drive from downtown Vancouver.



Our guest suite includes amenities such as a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, a lavish KING SIZE bed, and an extra twin bed, offering you a home away from home experience.





Please note that the guest suite does not have cooking facilities.





We kindly request our guests to maintain quiet hours from 8 am to 9 pm.





The private entrance guest suite can accommodate up to 3 guests.





Upon your arrival, you will receive instructions to help you with the easy self check-in and check-out process.





You can contact us between 7 am and 10 pm by phone, or 24/7 via text or email. I am available anytime for a chat or if you need assistance.

I was the area to record the audio for my book and was thrilled with the proximity to the studio. This stay was way better than a hotel, as i had my adult daughter with me and late my husband joined. because of the side bedroom with a twin bed, it was big enough for the 3 of us. The proximity to the city and transit was perfect. The bed and the quiet area made for easy sleep and relaxing downtime.

Clean & Comfy!

This property is tucked away in a nice, safe feeling neighborhood. The king bed is super, super comfy! Both husband & I are sensitive sleepers but we had slept really well. There are minimal kitchenettes to cook and drink, a microwave, a mini-refrigerator, and a Nespresso. :) Plenty of towels & waters as well. I would definitely recommend!

Absolutely the best stay ever!

I have never encountered a better stay. Everything was perfect. Such attention to the smallest of details. Extra towels, toiletries, plugs for our phones, utensils and coffee. We were able to make eggs for breakfast with everything needed close at hand. And that bed! We really appreciated the labeled parking and guest signage. Thank you! We will definitely recommend you to everyone we know.

This Is A Great Place To Stay

We enjoyed staying here. We were there for three nights. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The King size bed was something we were looking for and did not find very many affordable rooms with a King size bed. The linens were clean and soft! The bathroom was wonderful. We enjoyed the Rain Shower and lots of towels. We watched a free movie on the Roku TV. A nice touch was water bottles and coffee. Nice kitchen area. The room was private and quiet. The home is meticulously cared for and in a nice area. Jessica was very helpful. We were concerned about coming in late our first night but she assured us it was not a problem. She sent us instructions about how to get into the room. We will stay there again sometime.
