Easter at the lake!

Everything was so perfect. Communication with the property manager was perfect and the condo was beautiful!The view was amazing. We had everything we needed!

Amazing views and tons to do in Bernard Landing!!! Loved everything about the place- great layout, the decks and floor to ceiling windows were appreciated all day and evening. Super comfy beds, fully stocked with everything you need, and some extras to make it even better!! Dana was fabulous to work with- all questions were answered quickly!! Would def recommend to friends and would stay here again.

I rented this condo for me and my bridesmaids for my wedding weekend. It was very clean spacious and well decorated. The view of the lake is jaw dropping. I especially loved its close location to the pavilion where I had my wedding. We did have some issues with the lock and ac but the owner was readily available and fixed the issues in a timely manner. I would definitely stay again.

"All Decked Out" at Smith Mountain Lake was AMAZING! Everything was in close proximity. No need to leave the grounds if you dont want to. Plenty of things to do. Pool, restaurant, sports, beautiful surroundings and unmatched breathtaking views. Owners were VERY accommodating, had great communication and go above and beyond for their renters.

Nice

The condo itself is nice, newly decorated and clean. The building is older but well kept. The owner is very pleasant to deal with. The negative: the hot tub wasn’t hot, it was almost as warm as a bathtub. The outdoor pool wasn’t open yet, which would have been nice to know ahead of time. For the price I paid, I feel like it wasn’t worth it. Stayed May 2025 and paid over 500 a night.

Hi Sarah I'm sorry to hear about your unhappiness. The outdoor pool at the Highlands building is open for business which I'm sorry you missed out on. I will ask the CPOA to please check on the hot tub at the clubhouse but unfortunately its not within my unit or in my control. I'll make sure they are aware however.
