Classy quaint

The location is great right by Dunkin donuts and the place is clean and comfortable relaxing in the hot tub was amazing I recommend this spot host was also amazing

Excellent communication with host. Property was as described. We used the hot tub a couple of times and it was very nice. Fenced back yard was great for our dog. We stayed here to visit our Army son over the holidays and really enjoyed ourselves.

Relaxing Stay

My husband and his buddy had a race in Spring Lake. We loved how close the house was and the amenities included. The hot tub was amazing and the game room was a great way to end the day.

What a cute place! Really clean and decorated so nice. Our teenagers loves the game room and hot tub! The showera were nice and hot and the kitchen accomedated out many meals.

Nice place

The host had great communication, she was awesome. The hot tub was a nice addition definitely worth it, it did have a lot of chlorine in it though. Overall great spot, also having the back yard fenced in was great for my dog.

Clean and quaint Fayetteville NC house

Our flights were changed on us and therefore also our arrival time but our host Abigail was ready to help accommodated the change and our stay at the clean and quaint 3 bedroom (could sleep up to 9) 2 bath plus hot tub. Highly recommend!

The house smelled very musty, like it had not been occupied for awhile. The kitchen didn’t seem to be fully stocked (only 4 forks, 2 bowls). No kitchen hand towels so we had to use paper towel. There was no iron and ironing board as noted in the property listing. Although when I reached out to notify the owner, she prompted provided both.

This was a very disappointing stay. The house was not as shown or described on the listing. The beds shown in the pictures were not the same beds at the house when we arrived. The beds shown are normal beds with headboards and mattresses, and they are described as "plush"...those offered within the home are like cots with metal frames and thin, uneven mattresses. The listing describes the kitchen as "fully equipped." Upon arrival, we discovered that the kitchen had 13 plates, but only 2 bowls and 4 forks...total. It made it difficult to even eat one meal together. We wound up purchasing plastic utensils and paper bowls to get through the week. There were also no hot pads to remove items from the oven. The hot tub was described as an oasis, but instead was covered in sticky residue from the surrounding trees, the wooden privacy shield beside the hot tub was broken, and the cover of the hot tub was torn and sagging. There were no smoke detectors in the home, and it looked as though there had been a flood or leak at some point that had severely damaged the flooring leaving it warped and uneven, but it had not been repaired. One positive I will highlight is the responsiveness of the host. When I contacted her to share that we saw cockroaches, she quickly arranged for pest control to come and treat the home. Overall, I would say please save your money. This home is not worth it.
