We are the Berman's, my name is Joshua, my wife Nancy, two sons live in the home. We have a beautiful guest bedroom with a separate entrance. You will have a private full bathroom and a private patio. We provide clean towels, soap, shampoo, and a Nespresso coffee machine. We are just a few blocks from the beach, and a few minutes from a public park, restaurants, and bars Our address is 47 walnut st Portsmouth Ri 02871.

Perfect accommodation for 2 . Quiet atmosphere, clean room, walking distance to the beach and a seafood shack. It was a great place to decompress during a hectic week of celebrations for a wedding. Would stay again if we are in the area.

Grab the chairs from the closet and walk down the street and sit on the beach. Then walk across the street to Flo’s for some fresh seafood! Great location. Room was adequate for our needs.

We had a wonderful stay at this property by the beach. Easy to get to from 24, we checked in quickly, everything was in great shape with a comfortable bed and fully-loaded TV, waters, etc. Parking was easy to find and comfortable. We walked to the beach 3-4x in the 24hrs we were there, for food, swimming, breakfast, just to enjoy the views. It's such a nice close walk. The hosts were around but never in our way - it was great for us. Recommended and hope to visit again!

Perfect little spot for my wife and I to rest and use as home base as we explored 2nd beach in Newport and the Newport nightlife. Close enough to easily go back and forth to Newport without having to pay the exorbitant Newport prices. We had total privacy the whole time. The dedicated parking spot was very helpful. The room was updated, clean, and comfortable (dedicated AC unit). The price was right! Highly recommend
