A very nice place to stay while in Flagstaff. A bit out of town but still convenient. We were 5 adults and were very comfortable, had all the features of being at home and really enjoyed our stay. A full kitchen, large washer/dryer, living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths all were well worth the price. We even had a garage to park our car! We very much enjoyed it!

Great house with a great location. This property had a great stocked kitchen (kitchen stuff not food) and the grill in the backyard was very well kept and ready to go. We stayed for two weeks and did not want to leave.There was a laundry room upstairs where the bathrooms are located. This made laundry easy to use.

Very nice house! It had all of the things we needed. We only have 3 things to say anything about. The lack of outdoor space was a little bit of a surprise. Some nicer chairs on the back patio would be a nice touch instead of the oil drum chairs that seemed out of place. The grill did not heat up very well and would not grill our corn on the cob. It seemed to be full of propane but we improvised. The real problem with our stay was the "Karren" that lives down the street and harassed us every chance she had. She would yell and cus at us as she drove by. She was upset that people were short term renting in " her" neighborhood.

Location. Just West of Downtown Flagstaff off of Route 66, the homes in Presidio in the Pines are only minutes from the Downtown Flagstaff, Fort Tuthill and Snowbowl. 40 mins to Sedona and Williams! The prestigious Presidio neighborhood offers easy freeway access. With large park areas, children’s playground, and trails, there is plenty of outdoor common area space for enjoyment.

What makes this property unique

Well equipped kitchen, only a quick drive to downtown Flagstaff and Snow Bowl! Two-car garage! Air conditioning and heat. Fun backyard retreat with grill!
