This two bedroom apartment in Juan Les Pins is located in the well maintained gated community of
“Juan Flore” and has both sea view as well view of the community’s very large and great looking swimming pool area and the vast and pristine looking landscape. There are no buildings between our community and the beach and only a few minutes walk from the apartment to this sandy beach.
This light & bright and fully equipped apartment is also well located with shops, restaurants, fitness center and a large supermarket all within just a few minutes walk as well as bus stations serving Cannes, Antibes, Nice and the airport and about a 15-20 minutes walk from Juan Les Pin’s city center and also the railway station. The apartment has a spacious living room (With a sofa bed), breakfast bar and a good size terrace equipped with table and chairs for outside dining.The terrace overlooks the the grounds and the sea.There are two bedrooms. The first has twin beds and the second a standard double bed. It also has garage parking.
* Located about 100 meters from the beach (Please see photos)
* Five (5) minutes walk from stores and about 15 minutes walk from center of Juan les Pins.
* About five (5) Kilometers from the famous City of Cannes.
Please note that linen is not included but can be hired on request.

Spotless Apartment with everything

Quiet, spacious and green

Wie spent a cimfortable 2 weeks at Sally's. She received us very friendly. The apartment is situated in a big green landscape and was very quiet in June. We had everything there what we needed.. The beaches are in walking distance as well as a very good typical French boulangerie (bakery) and a supermarket. And there is a pretty park named Exflora.

Fantastic apartment and location

A big thank you to Sally who was a fabulous host and catered for all our needs. The apartment is great and has everything you need and the pool area is fantastic and clean, and the pool lovely and warm. The location is perfect 5 mins from the beach and ten mins from Juan les Pins. We had an awesome time and will back one day soon.

Quiet, convenient apartment.

This apartment was in a very quiet location and yet only a 2 min walk from the beach. There were lovely views of the sea from the balcony and views over the pool from the bedrooms. The apartment was big enough for our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 young children, and was exactly as presented on the website. It is, however, important to note that the 'double' bed is in fact only a 'queen', 140/200cm. So if you are used to a larger bed then you may find it a tight squeeze!! The mattress is also very bouncy and I was woken every time my husband turned over. The oven (a microvawe/combi) was also difficult to use, and despite reading the information leaflet thoroughly and following the instructions to the letter, our attempt at cooking a shop bought pizza was quite disastrous!! But, these were the only 'problems' with our stay, so nothing major! Sally, the manager, was easy to contact and always available to answer any questions we had. Both the check-in and check-out went very smoothly. We would consider booking this property again as we love the location, it is absolutely perfect for a relaxing holiday by the beach.
