We had a great time. Everything was clean, the house was laid out well. The living room is a little small but we still made it work. We would definitely stay here again. The maintenance staff was friendly and helpful when we called. He said he would replace the propane tank that was empty, gave us a time he would be there and he did just that. Thank you!

Very much enjoyed our stay! House was beautiful and very clean. Gate to pool did not lock but we did not have small children, so it was not an issue. Easy walk to the beach and the the pool area was amazing!

Our family gets together every summer at OI and we really enjoyed this house. The 7 bedrooms & bathrooms fit us perfectly and the large kitchen with double ovens and refrigerators was great. The kids loved having our own pool. One of the things we missed was having an outdoor table and chairs on the deck and we could have used some shade around the pool but we’ll know to bring our own next time. Already looking forward to next year!

It worked great for all of our family. The double fridges and dishwashers were much appreciated. The golf cart was a bonus, as was the solo stove by the pool. It was nice having extra blankets and pillows. Plenty of seating for large groups. It suited our stay perfectly.

Rooms were fairly clean. The Host was responsive.Beach view was as described. The pool was nice and clean.A few issues:1. Bed pillows were terrible. Should consider replacing every quarter.2. Bed covers need to be renewed quarterly as well.3. TV in family room stopped working and had to be replaced.4. Flush valve in one of the toilets ran constantly. Maintenance tried to adjust it.5. One of the dishwashers did not work.6. The elevator was not reliable based on the operating instructions.7. The beach chairs showed signs of rust. One actually broke on the beach.8. None of the keys worked on the 2nd floor entrance.
