Lisa was super easy to get in touch with. The batteries in the TV remote died and we didn't have a can opener. She ordered both on Amazon and had them delivered next day. Unit was clean, and the pools were fantastic.

The home was in a wonderful location. Close to the beach and shops. Though it was a bit colder, my children still enjoyed the pool and several hours at the beach. There was some beach gear provided and lots of kitchen extras. The beds were comfortable, which is super important for me. Great communication with the host, I ask soooo many questions. They even allowed us to check out a little late, seeing it was my son's bday. Amazing time. Will def stay again.

So much to love about this property!

We have been to Hilton Head several times, the last 4 times we have stayed at Courtside Villas because we like the proximity to the beach and Coligny. The condo we stayed at during our most recent visit was great! The owner was very responsive to all questions before and during the stay. I especially liked being able to access the condo with keyless entry code shared the day of arrival rather than having to go to a property management office to check in. This was very convenient. The condo itself was very clean and the decor was modern and cute! Beds were comfy, kitchen and baths were updated, and living/dining furniture were nice quality. The condo comes with 2 bikes which we made use of, and our daughter and her friends made use of the beach gear that was available. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the condo made our stay very enjoyable. We love Hilton Head and usually come back every couple of years. We will definitely look to book this condo again!

Property was in a great spot. Walkable to the beach and easy drive to other areas in Hilton Head. The host was very responsive and great to work with. Property set up was perfect for my family. If you have young kids, having the bedrooms upstairs made nap time much easier.
