Welcome to Coligny Villas!! Looking for a peaceful beach get away that’s within close walking distance to the beach and Coligny Plaza? Then look no farther!!

This is a two story 2 bedroom, 2 ½ bath townhome. The main level of this villa provides cozy furnishings provide plenty of comfortable seating for your family. The openness of the living and dining area provide a great gathering place for family and friends. The living room opens out onto a nice patio with outdoor seating and is just steps from the pool. The fully equipped kitchen has nice granite counter tops, full size appliances and the convenience of a full size washer and dryer in the adjoining laundry room.

Located on the second level you have your two bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed with plenty of dresser/closet space and a flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a nice size walk in shower. From the master bedroom balcony you can enjoy views of the courtyard and pool area. The second bedroom provides two queen size beds with a flat screen TV and private bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The villa has secure WIFI, so stay as connected to the real world as you choose.

Coligny Villas is located just 2 blocks from the beach and is just steps from Coligny Plaza Shopping Center. Coligny Plaza has over 70 shops and restaurants. No need for a car on your vacation, you can literally park the car and walk or bike to get to most places you want to go!

Awesome Condo

Most important.... only 1500 steps to the Beach. The condo is extremely clean and well taken care of.Please note: NO beach chairs or beach towels are provided.I have already booked again for next Spring

Nice Stay

Great location but needs tlc outside

We enjoyed the property and it was updated inside as photos show. It was also in a great location, near the beach, Coligny Plaza, restaurants & shops. Super convenient! However, the floors were dirty & there was sand on the couches. I know its by the beach but it still needs to be cleaned in between guests. The outside of the building also doesn’t match the inside. There were awful caterpillar type bugs all over the entrance, the trees are overgrown so the very sticky bugs fell all over our car along with other tree droppings, making us need a car wash. And the outside of the building was so outdated; we could hardly open the sliding doors in the bedroom. The table & chairs in the back was also filthy. Lastly, the property management company emailed us to check in after 4:30pm. However, you need to check in by 5pm. We found out at check-in that you can check in earlier. The lady there said they didn’t say that in the email & I was wrong. It clearly stated that & we tried to make the best of the day instead of being able to check in.
