River access was amazing. House and location couldn’t be better. Perfect space for our family to gather for campfire stores, a dip in the hot tub and then the cold plunge challenge in the river for the kids.

House was spacious and clean with a beautiful view of the sunset over the river. The rooms were nicely sized and very comfortable. The hot tub was also a very enjoyable addition. Close to great options for fishing and golfing. Host instructions were very clear. Would definitely recommend! Great for groups or families .

We love stating with these hosts! In previous years, we’ve started at the adjacent property, but with fewer guests this year, we stayed at the Monarch. The home is beautifully situated along the most gorgeous river. We feel at home when we stay here and will definitely stay again!!

Amazing home. Thoughtful amenities throughout (excellent gas grill, fire pit, hot tube, stocked kitchen for cooking, multiplefull bathrooms, garage, etc.). View off the deck of the Boardman river is truly special. Hope to be back. Thank you.

Loved the location and response from host. It is pet friendly and someone before us had a cat that slept on the lower bunk beds and the bed wasn’t cleaned. It was better after 4 days of open windows. Couldn’t get coffee pot to work properly the whole stay. Other than that we had a great time.

I thought this property and management company was excellent on all fronts. It was a beautiful, comfy, cozy house. The hosts were communicative and very helpful. The perfect tranquil stay for our wedding anniversary! It was just my husband and I but bringing more people would be so fun! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Highly recommend!
