Welcome to the popular community of Frangista Beach! This beautiful 3BR/3BA private home sleeps 8, is located directly across the street from the Frangista Beach community pool, and is just one block away from the gated beach access.

Discover hardwood flooring, 11-foot ceilings, and beautiful furnishings as you step through the front door of this two-story beach cottage. Gather in the open gourmet kitchen, dining, and living area on the first floor. The coastal chic dining table seats 8 and the breakfast bar accommodates 5. The living area is equipped with a queen sleeper sectional sofa to provide additional accommodations. A 55" smart tv with Direct TV cable, Xbox for gaming or watching DVDs. Enjoy the cool vibes and gentle breezes on one of three spacious porches. A propane grill is available just off the kitchen for preparing your family's feast. .

Located on the first floor are two queen bedrooms, one with a private bathroom and one with an adjacent bathroom and a separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The second floor primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanities. The master bedroom also features a screened-in porch with a six-person seating area to enjoy conversation and wine with friends, or to gather for coffee in the mornings. (Complimentary Keurig brewer with a starter set of K-cups provided.) All bedrooms have flat-screen TV’s, DVD players, and cable TV service.

Complimentary beach service (two beach chairs and one umbrella) is provided March 1st through November 30th. Guests can bring their own chairs/umbrellas or use the additional beach chairs & umbrellas that are provided in the home. No tents or canopies allowed per HOA.

This property offers parking for up to three vehicles depending on size. Offsite parking is available for a fee at nearby locations. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.
