Flamingo Roost is a single family home in the Money Bayou area of Indian Pass.  Sitting 1st tier from the beach, you can enjoy fantastic views with a short walk to the water.  This home has an open deck and a screened porch so it's perfect for your stay any time of the year.  Crabbing in the bayou is such a memorable experience for your kids and yourself.  Come experience a new kind of beach vacation at Money Bayou and Flamingo Roost!

Floor Plan: Ground Level - parking, outdoor shower, Mother-in-law Suite with living area, full bath, queen bed, and one twin bunk set - please note access between the Ground & First Floor is by exterior stair only. First Floor - living room with TV, access to screen porch, and hallway full bath; kitchen with eat-in dining area and bartop dining; Bedroom 1 with gulfview and king bed; Bedroom 2 with queen bed; Jack and Jill full bath adjoins Bedroom 1 and 2.

Great experience!

The location is great. Highly recommend renting a golf cart. Makes the beach a lot of fun. Beautiful views. We had a little plumbing issue but it was resolved quickly by management.

For the money this was a good value, but the living room couch was in need of replacement. The mother in law suite is downstairs and has a wall unit for heat and a/c. There was definitely the smell of dampness in the MIL suite. We used this area for storage. You can view the beach from the screened in balcony or watch from the open deck. We enjoyed our time here. You do have to walk down the street to get to the beach but it’s not far. Would recommend renting a golf cart from St Joe Patio so you can drive on the beach. There were a couple of broken chairs that needed replacing as well. There’s a love seat on the screened balcony, but something larger to take naps on would have been great.

The air conditioner in the lower apt was broke the whole week, maintenance had trouble getting parts. The main house TV was unable to use most of the week, only one tv in the house with fire stick service on a week Wi-Fi signal. Over all the house needs a major renovation floors are sagging and unlevel, appliances old and wore out, beds need new mattresses

The place was nice! Kinda thought the mother in law suite was accessible from inside. The walk was a little long with 6 people and things to beach. The beach was great! Not crowded at all!!

Nice location! Only thing not in the description is that you have to walk back to Lee St. in order to access the beach without trespassing.
