The living area offers a comfortable space to unwind after a day at the beach and has a pull out sofa bed for any additional guests. Perfect for a fun filled vacation at the beach, this condo complex includes a boat ramp and 2 piers on Little Lagoon, first come first serve boat slips, a gorgeous pool and hot tub, a covered grilling area by the water, and 2 lighted tennis courts with pickleball. This place was perfect for my family of three. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very helpful with any questions and very prompt at getting back to me quickly. We didn't have any issues at all. We enjoyed our stay very much and the easy beach access the street was very convenient. Would stay again and would definitely recommend.

My stay was good. The property needs updates from peeling paint on the ceilings to broken cabinet door. The mattress is completely worn out and needs replacing.

Hi Tom, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay! We have the peeling spot on the ceiling in our notes to get repaired and repainted as soon as we have a break between guests. We did find the cabinet door broken after you checked out, and repaired it that day. I wish you had contacted us during your stay. We would have happily repaired it for you. As for the mattress, I'm not sure what to say, it is literally brand new. I don't think more than a couple of people have slept on it. It is a plush mattress, so perhaps it is softer than you are used to. Either way, thank you for staying with us and we will quickly get your concerns addressed.
