Our Dry cabin offers accommodations for 4-5 people. Unit features an open floor plan with 1 queen bed, 1 twin trundle bed, a queen size sofa sleeper, a mini fridge, microwave, TV, and high-speed WIFI. Linens included. Full Restrooms are only steps away. Large concrete pad, with picnic table, and fire-pit. Parking includes 2 vehicles. Stay with us, and enjoy all the Resort Amenities.

Dry means there is no bathroom
The property was clean and it was easy to access but... this ad says that there is one bed and one bath. There is no bathroom in the building. You have to walk across the street to the public bathrooms (which are clean). This is an RV park. It would have been five stars if they had an accurate description of the property.

The listing does note that the restroom is located at the clubhouse and that the unit is a "dry cabin," which means it doesn’t include indoor plumbing.
