We were happy with our stay! The condo was spacious enough for our family and clean. Which is important to us. It was well stocked with household essentials which made our trip easier and stress-free. The host was wonderfully responsive, and the beach itself was beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. This is an older property with many updates. The location is excellent and the balcony view was beautiful. We took our dog with us as this condo is pet friendly. Lots of beach amenities made it great. Larry met us and showed us around. He was very available and answered several questions we forgot to ask! Enjoyed our time here!

This is our 3rd time staying. Larry is a wonderful host! We have already booked for next summer. We love the location, sitting on the balcony watching the ocean and listening to the waves crash. Very relaxing!

A great place to stay in Ocean Isle Beach! I could have just sat on the balcony and looked out over the ocean for days, but the beach is beautiful and just over the dunes. Larry is a great host, very communicative and helpful being on the property. Highly recommend!

The property was exactly as described in the listing. Also, was pleasantly surprised that there was “extras” like paper towels, garbage bags, coffee, spices, condiments, shampoo, which was so nice when you are traveling in from out of town. We also had the extra entertainment of a fox mama and her babies playing in the dunes in the evening.

Excellent week

Larry was an outstanding host - very friendly and responsive. The condo was just as advertised with comfortable furnishings and well stocked kitchen. The view of the ocean from the deck was outstanding. Fabulous vacation and we will most definitely return to this condo.

This condo is truly lovely with recessed lighting, tons of kitchen upgrades, and a television in every bedroom. Larry is the consummate host paying attention to all details to ensure your stay is wonderful. We have vacationed in Ocean Isle for 40 years and are very familiar with the island. We adored this condo and the host and will definitely return!

Great Beachfront Condo!

What an amazing condo! The location was fantastic, and Larry could not have been more pleasant to work with coordinating the stay! The condo is stocked with everything you need for a beach stay, and the beachfront balcony just tops it off. The condo is spacious, and there’s plenty of room for everyone and everything. We’d absolutely stay @ Larry’s condo again, and hope we have a chance to in the near future!
