Clean, convenient, comfortable and centralized location to Aiken Host was easy to reach if needed any thing .. Aiken is a lovely community Thank you Jeff
We had an amazing stay here for 6 days. The house was clean when we got there and everything was very straight forward from communication to finding what we needed in the home. The home was also very cozy and felt just like home. 1000/10 will definitely stay again when we’re in the area.
This condo was perfect for our 4 nights in Aiken. It is conveniently located in the downtown area with many options for food. It was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with the necessary items to prepare and serve meals. The bed was comfortable with a ceiling fan overhead. Jeff was easy to contact and responded quickly.. He is an excellent host and we look forward to staying here again.
Stayed for a week and the cottage was great. Outside bugs were a bit much. The neighborhood is a bit run down but if you’re looking for a cute place to stay and relax this is it.
The property was great, very clean and quiet. Check in/check out was easy and the owner Jeff was great to work with. The unit has everything you need for your stay the kitchen is fully equipped, plus it has a full size washer and dryer. We plan to stay again the next time we visit Aiken.
We came for our son to horse show at Bruce's Field. This cozy condo was perfect for the 3 of us. We walked to downtown which was lovely. The property is perfectly described and was immaculate. We would absolutely stay there again!
Inside and out were very clean. Kitchen was well organized , house and counters were not cluttered, and dishes/pans were in cabinets that were easy to find. Would stay here again in the future. Appreciate the ease in adding an extra day and bringing our small dog
The house is well stocked with all the essentials. We were there for 3 weeks while our house was being remodeled and it worked out well. If I were to make any suggestion at all, it would be to have a more comfortable couch and or chair. If you’re there just for a very short time, it wouldn’t make much difference, but we were spending our evenings there and it was a difficult couch to get comfortable on
Loved, loved the place. It was clean and warm and inviting and had everything we could have needed. The host was accessible, when needed and it is within walking distance to downtown Aiken. My only issue is that the description does NOT state that you cannot access the backyard from the side or rear of the duplex. You have to exit out of the front door to enter the gate for the backyard. It would be nice if there were a door in the rear bedroom to the outside to let the dog out into the backyard. Also, the ice maker was NOT working and appeared to be ON. Not the end of the world for either...but I like details like this to be disclosed upfront. My dog loved the space otherwise. There were dog bowls and a dog bed in the master closet. Nice touch!!!
