My rating is really 4.5 due to a couple of picky things. The upshot is this is a great home near the beach and we would stay there again (hence the 5 stars). We were a couple looking for some space and a place close to the beach. It was very nicely decorated, quiet, and comfortable. I especially liked that the furniture seemed new/clean, the linens/towels/blankets/pillows were good, and the kitchen was well equipped. The most important thing was the short walk to the beach -- 2-3 blocks? What I was less thrilled about was that the pool was dirty when we got there (but the guy came to clean it the next day), there was some minor grout discoloration (always my biggest pet peeve), and the living room appeared to be agressively Febreezed when we arrived. What did not live up to expectations was the equipment rental--don't spend anything over the credit amount, it's not worth it.
