Finding the condo took a minute, there was no signage outside, except for a very small one on the guard shack, tight parking, first time we ever had to pay to park,but other than that, it was really nice, a much older condo.

The apartment's best feature is the view and location. The lock is different than most keyless locks and no instructions were included on how to lock the door going out. Had to seek help The sofa bed was impossible to sleep on so just slept on the couch. In spite of these two issues, it was worth the money. We had a great time My suggestion would be to buy a better mattress.

The condo is wonderful! Only thing that need to be changed is the flooding in the parking area! But that’s no fault to the owner!

This unit and property at large are fine if you’re ok with an older property. Our unit was very small - much smaller than the photos make it appear. The unit was incredibly clean, which was definitely a huge plus. The price was quite excessive for such a dated property, but prices throughout Gulf Shores and Orange Beach were pretty inflated during our stay dates. The bed is extremely uncomfortable, so beware.

Not the newest amenities. Shows the wear and use of the unit BUT is clean, comfortable and has amazing views overlooking the ocean and pool area. I would recommend this unit IF you’re okay not having the newest.

This was our first stay here and the condo was clean, the property was as advertised and the beach was AMAZING!! Great beach view from our balcony. Access was super easy to the beach. Parking was covered and secure. Only a few reasons I didn’t give five stars across the board. Firstly there are only 2 elevators and 1 was broken. Then the second elevator was out of service for a day or so. Not terrible but not ideal. The other issue was the furnishing in this condo were WORN. I mean like WORN! The sofa was terrible and the bed was not great. Not bad enough to call and complain but not too comfortable either. That being said, my wife and I had a great trip and would book again, if the sofas and bed were replaced.

Beach trip

Great trip. Great place right on water. Was hard with no bedroom doors with a 1 and 3 year old for naps. Better for a couple stay. Great view!! We loved it.

I pulled mugs out of the cupboard and they had dried fluid or coffee hot chocolate some kind of residue on them. The entire facility was dated. But did leave packaged soap on each bathroom counter and in the kitchen which was a nice touch. Limited utensils all looked dated. Beautiful view and not obstructed. Felt safe and quiet.

The perfect getaway.

I was super nervous for vacation this summer as it would be the first one with me flying solo with my two younger kiddos. I had so many questions before booking and each one was answered with kindness and consideration of my circumstance. The kids and I had a blast! I would highly recommend!

Not the best for young kids. Broken mirror on wall where kids could touch and broken chairs making them rock around when sitting. Also not the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Coffee cups in cabinet still had coffee stains and grounds left in them, silverware dirty, etc. Rooms and bathrooms appeared clean. Bed worn out and no extra blankets besides the 1 on bed. Not easy to accommodate 4 guests, even if they were young kids. They were responsive to messages.

As much money you spend trying to enjoy a nice vacation, the host can’t even set you up with a parking pass and you have to pay for one at this location. Definitely didn’t notice it in booking the room, if so probably would have chosen elsewhere. Out of about 15 years staying at the beach that was a first. The unit is dated and needs a face lift. The bed felt like I was sleeping in a hammock w the worn out dip that in it. I already have a bad back so that didn’t help with getting good rest. It made due, but definitely not the best and don’t plan to rebook.
