Weekend Away

Myself and 3 of my friends stayed at this property for 2 nights and everything was great. Very clean and comfortable property. Close enough to the train to make getting around without driving very easy. Safe and clean neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We would definitely stay again in the future.

I would definitely stay here again! Six of us stayed here for a football weekend and everything went very well. There might have been room for one or two others, especially kids. We were able to walk from Soldier Field back to this place to give you an idea of distance Etc. Parking was a little bit tight but not bad. The place itself isn't huge but it certainly works for a weekend away. I chose to do a security deposit instead of buying insurance. My security deposit (1.5x actual 2 day rent amount) took 2 weeks to be returned - which seems like an awfully long time to me. This is a VRBO problem and NOT host problem. But it was one interesting surprise that I think could be improved.

Convenient, comfortable stay

This was perfect for our needs! Convenient for the Shedd Aquarium and Field Museum, and less than 15 mins to the River. We absolutely loved the neighborhood and the Italian Gio’s restaurant within 500 feet as well as an amazinice cream shop also within 500 feet. We had everything we needed at this rental. Amazing Chinese dining delivery! Did notice the top step needed a little fixing but nothing that was a problem. Plenty of towels, hot water, comfortable beds. Excellent.

This property was close to the places we visited. The host was very responsive. We walked to Chinatown, and we took the water taxi downtown.

Check in smooth. Easy walk to the Orange line and Chinatown, grocery ten minutes walk away. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Keurig worked, that's the main thing and shower had enough hot water for all three of us.

This was a handy location for our meetings at McCormick Place. The walkability was good. I wish there had been some simple amenities like tissue, paper towels, ice or laundry soap. The mattresses on the beds were GREAT!
