We really liked the house and the location. The pool is missing a cover. You have to buy the gas for the grill yourself, although it was always included with other houses we booked. The access to the boat dock is very overgrown.

Great stay at Villa Tomaso

We stayed at Villa Tomaso for 11 nights and couldn't be happier. The house is fresh, the location is superb and everything was clean when we arrived. Check-in went smooth, as did check-out. The perfect house for a stay in Cape Coral.

Over all it was a great stay. Unfortunately, the heater for the pool/spa didn’t work for the first week we stayed. That was disappointing as we have kids but the property manager was amazing to work with and made it right for us.

We absolutely loved the house & all it had to offer for our stay. Screened in pool with the open concept to house was great!! Enough bedrooms & bathrooms for our family made it perfect! Being able to use a beach close by, plus restaurants if you didn’t want to cook made it great! And the pool at the house, WOW... amazing! Thank you again for allowing us to stay in such a great place! We would definitely come back!

Lovely property

We really enjoyed our stay. It's a beautiful newly renovated home and it is nicely decorated. The pool area was wonderful!! We loved the pool, hot tub and the large table with many chairs. The outside area could have been even better if the "deck " by the canal had been cleaned and if it had some nice furniture. The bed in the master suit was really comfortable!! However, the kids complained about hard beds in the smaller bedroom. We had a problem with the kitchen fan during our stay. It made a lot of noise so we couldn't use it. Unfortunately, it was not fixed during our stay. We would definitely come back! Thank you.

Cannot ask for a better experience!

We 've used VRBO to reserve stays every year for the past +/- 10 years. I've left my share of negative reviews and mostly no reviews. However, this particular property was very nice and the host was without a doubt the best host we've ever had. Starting with our late arrival and incredibly long day of traveling, Nadja messaged us to see if there was anything we needed before we arrived at nearly 9:00pm. I said, "WATER" we haven't had anything to drink all day due to turbulence in the air and no time between connecting flights... we were miserable. She offered to go to the grocery store before it closed to make sure we had water for our arrival. To add the icing to the cake... She turned on the hot tub and pool lights for our arrival. IT WAS A PERFECT END TO A LONG HARD DAY! Our total stay was 14 days and nearly all of it was spent in the covered Lanai next to the pool. I'm pretty sure we used that hot tub every single night and the kids swam everyday that they were there. The beds were comfortable, the linens were clean and the entire house was spotless upon arrival. If we weren't planning to move to Florida, we would definitely stay here again. Side note: We used our vacation for house shopping and didn't have a realtor lined up yet. Upon meeting Nadja (the host), we found out that she was in-fact a realtor. After talking with her for just a few minutes, we knew that we wanted her to be the one helping with our Real Estate search. She was so incredibly helpful and we can't wait to get back and see her again once we find our new Florida home!

Awesome pool and nearby beaches!

The house was as nice as the listing said. The outdoor area wa very large and there was a nice table with plenty of shade. The pool and spa were so nice. We spent every afternoon floating around and reading. We visited Sanibel, Ft. Meyers Beach and the beach by the Yacht Club and chartered a boat out of Pine Island. All in five days. We will be back!

Great time

Very clean, comfortable beds, great location. Other than us having to put batteries in all the remotes for the ceiling fans and the pool controls, things worked just fine. The dock could be cleaned up and trimmed, as the bushes have way overgrown the sidewalk and dock posts. Overall it was a very comfortable stay!
