With easy access to I-35, 45, and MoPac (1), you'll be able to reach downtown Austin, the Domain, or Circuit of the Americas in no time. The commuter rail station also makes it a breeze to explore the city without the stress of driving.

Living Room has 65” TV, a sofa and 2 chairs. The front living area has an adjustable desk and comfy rolling chair for when you need to get some work done.
Primary bedroom has a King bed, a walk-in closet, en-suite bath, and a 55” TV. Secondary bedroom has a Queen bed, and closet. Third bedroom has a Full size bed, chest of drawers, and a closet.
Guest access
Guest have access to the entire home and can also park in the garage. The linen closet is the only area that is locked and unavailable.
Other things to note
If you’re in the home on Thursday night, please roll the trash bins out to the curb and bring them back in on Friday once they’ve been emptied.
Absolutely no parties or loud noise of any kind.
