Just under 5 miles to the Loudon Race Track. Whether you just want to get away and enjoy the luxury of lake front living or you would like to snow mobile in the winter, this home has it all. A gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, you can cook in or just go out. You will enjoy 4 bedrooms with storage, there is plenty of room for everyone. You will also enjoy two living areas with four bedrooms, washer/dryer for your convenience and if having the lake isn't enough there is a beautiful hot tub just outside the lower level. With plenty of seating indoors and out. Please note, only weekly reservations (Saturday check in - to Saturday check out) are acceptable from July-August

The lake house was absolutely beautiful. All rooms were perfectly clean and sanitized. There was everything we needed right there at the house. The host was super responsive and was a pleasure to speak with on the phone. The view was absolutely gorgeous. We would definitely go back again.

Overall it was a great spot! Right on the water, quiet and beautiful loon spottings. Everything we needed was there, fantastic communication. Wished we could have swam a little more on the property. With it being a pond this was difficult with the wash up. There was a beach we went to five houses down that our toddler loved. Overall a positive experience with just booking 2 months before.

Awesome couples getaway!

We had such a fun stay at the lake house. This house was plenty big for 4 couples and was close by to some fun attractions/restaurants. Hoping to rent again in the summer when the weather is nice!

Great house right on the lake

Loved the location and how quiet was. If we had one complaint were the weeds and murky water. The hot tub was great, we loved the covered lower level. Awesome neighbors. I would recommend this house

Check in very easy. Been staying at this cottage for a few years. House is always super clean, bright n cheerful. Plenty of room for whole family to move around. We enjoy large dining area for evening get together. Lake is clean. Quiet non public lake, so no over crowding with boats. Fun was had by all

Two family getaway

Overall this house worked great for two families with small kids. We loved the view, enjoyed the kayaks and fire pit, and were able to use the house as a base for other NH activities.
