Welcome to Sandy Tails Getaway at Sandy Shores West 104—a 2-bedroom, 2-bath pet friendly coastal getaway with an extra loft, perfect for family and pet-friendly vacations. This updated condo includes two large balconies, offering expansive Gulf and Lagoon views for outdoor relaxation. Located in the highly desirable West Beach area of Gulf Shores, and just a 5-minute walk from Gulf Shores beaches and the calm shores of Little Lagoon, it's ideal for sun-seekers and dog lovers alike.

Key Features

Spacious Living Area: Relax in the open-concept living room with high ceilings, cozy furnishings, and a big-screen TV, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach. Adjacent is a dining area with seating for six, perfect for family meals or game nights.

Fully Updated Kitchen: Cook with ease in the stylish kitchen, complete with granite countertops, a breakfast bar, modern appliances including an air fryer, and plenty of pantry space for your favorite snacks.

Outdoor Space: With nearly 400 sq ft of outdoor living, enjoy a sunny south-facing balcony for morning coffee and a second, Lagoon-view balcony with a dining set for alfresco meals. Obstructed views of the beach and Gulf from the south facing balcony.

Sleeping Arrangements: The master bedroom features a plush king bed, private balcony access, and an ensuite bath. The guest room offers a cozy queen bed, while the loft area includes two twin beds, a workspace, and privacy screens, perfect for kids or additional guests. A new sofa that has a queen sleeper was recently added, upping the sleeping capacity to 8 people.

Workspaces: Ideal for remote work or study, with two dedicated workspaces—one in the master and one in the loft—both with high-speed, 100 Mbps fiber internet and wired connections.

Resort Amenities: The complex includes a pool and barbecue area, perfect for grilling out after a refreshing swim.

Location Highlights: Just a short ~5 minute walk to local spots like The Beach House, Waves Grocery, and Janino's Pizza for a convenient and relaxing stay.

Please Note: This condo requires walking up two flights of stairs, as there is no elevator on the property.

-Must be at least 25 years old to book and present for the duration of the stay.
-Signed rental agreement and picture of ID will be required after booking.
-Parking for 2 vehicles is provided with your stay
-Up to 2 well behaved, non aggressive dogs allowed. Must be listed on reservation. A $75 pet fee is added when bringing pets. Failure to select a pet with your reservation will result in additional charges if a pet is present. Local leash laws apply.

A slice of paradise

This beautiful clean condo smelled great when we walked in and was perfect for our family of 4 plus a best friend and a dog. Easy quick access to the beach, Waves grocery store and north point lagoon where our dog could enjoy a little trail by the water. (Thanks for sharing that best kept secret!) The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. They even have 4 beach chairs to borrow. Thanks for sharing this beautiful slice of paradise.

The condo was perfect for our beach stay! Just a short walk to the beach. There are also a couple little grocery stores very close for little forgotten things and a great little ice cream shop! Booked because it was pet friendly and convenient to everything. In residential area. Only a couple of stairs to get our pet outside to do his thing. More convenient than larger condos. Not on beach, but close to beach access and the state park. Can see ocean and bay from end of deck. Would book again.

We stayed for 8 days. The property was close to EVERTHING! We thought the decor was nice, and offered everything we needed for our stay. All of our communications with the property management were met with considerate and timely responses. We'd definitely stay here again. Side note... we're in our 50's and the stairs were a bit trying but worth the climb plus we got a little workout too.

Clean, nice decor, comfortable bed! Everything you could need down to games/puzzles, big pots/pans for feeding a larger crowd and even chip clips to keep the bags closed! Short walk to the beach. Only “critiques” were not enough hangers in the master, no hangers in the secondary bedroom, and the spiral staircase handrails were slightly low for how high they go up! But our teenagers did fine with it. I would be careful with smaller ones staying up in the loft. Overall, lovely place and we had a great time, thank you!
