This luxurious three bedroom villa is situated in a very family-friendly resort and the location is great; about ten minutes to Disney. The resort has more amenities and activities than you can ask for. The villa is spacious and can accommodate up to eight people. It is professionally cleaned and well-maintained.

The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, and amenities like a toaster, coffee maker, and blender. The master bedroom features a comfortable king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub. The guest bedroom features two double beds and the other guest bedroom has a sleeper sofa. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. From the living room, there is an outdoor patio with a table a chairs. With a total of five beds, this large villa can accommodate up to eight people. There is a $15.00 daily resort fee (plus tax) which will be collected at check-in, along with a refundable security deposit of $200.00.

A resort fee is due upon arrival of $15.00 per day plus tax. The Resort Fee includes complimentary wireless internet access, parking, use of the fitness center, tennis, basketball, miniature golf, putting green, driving range (complimentary 8:30am to 9:30am), men's & women's locker rooms with saunas and private jacuzzi, and sand volleyball.

A daily resort fee of $15.00 + tax will be collected upon your arrival.

The resort will assign a unit number at check-in. All rental units are exactly identical. Maid service is not included.

Additional Deposit Policy - the property requires a $200 credit card authorization upon check in per unit. Cash-free property - will no longer accept cash. Guests may charge purchases to their credit card or charge to their room with an authorized credit card on file. (Excludes Gift Shop, and Concierge)

No-Show Policy- No Show reservation will forfeit payment. Resort reserves the right to cancel the remaining days of a no-show reservation and rent out the unit. Please call the property if your travel is delayed.
