Cottage is clean and great location

This cozy cottage was clean and comfortable. It was great for my sister, niece, husband and I found it welcoming and perfect for our stay. The place seemed relatively new and fresh. We would stay again for our next family visit.

barely a lakeview, bugs in all of the beds, poor communication with management

Called management about an issue with the bathroom garbage can being dirty with urine. No big deal but then the night before we checked out we had the bedroom lights on gathering our things and noticed bugs all over the beds, sheets and floors. I let Heather know what was going on. She wanted proof that the pictures were taken at the house so I gave that to her and she stopped talking to me. The house is cute but very small. I wish that management would have communicated with me about the bugs because I really don't like leaving reviews like this. I have videos but I can only post pictures on here.

This guest destroyed our new property and blamed us. This is a retaliation review and not truthful at all. This is one of the best places to stay in all of Hartland, we strive for excellence for all of our guests.
