With two stories, this single-family house features room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. On the first floor of this vacation rental, guests are treated to a large, open kitchen and dining area, as well as the living space. 306 Hickman also has an option for single-level living, with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. Upstairs, guests will find the remaining two bedrooms that share the second bathroom. If outdoor living is a must, then guests will love what this home has to offer - a screened porch and deck mean two great options for outdoor relaxing and dining! This is a non-smoking home.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $252.00.

This house was great! It's surprisingly spacious and it was easy to find space to gather as well as to be alone. The screen porch is lovely, and we spent a lot of time out there! The house was clean, and we found everything we needed to cook full meals in the kitchen. We were close enough to the beach and boardwalk to walk everywhere. There is parking on the property, but it is not super well marked so we ended up parking on the street and using the parking passes provided. We would definitely stay in this house again - we had a lovely time!
