We were treated with kindness and hospitality. We had a house fire and moved into hotels, rental properties and then into this VRBO, while our house was being rebuilt. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The backyard is a nice size and fenced. Having the property manager be so thoughtful was helpful in our healing process. There was open and continuous communication.

We had fun
The house was clean. Beds were comfy and clean. It lacked kitchen utensils ( pot& pans, mixing and serving bowls, measuring cups) that was not mentioned to bring your own. I also had to go out and buy a allen wrench to put a leg back on a kitchen chair and all the chairs and bench were hanging on by a thread not super safe.

Thanks for your review! We’re glad you found the house clean and comfortable.
We do provide basic cooking supplies, including pots and pans, but we don’t fully stock the kitchen with every item for every possible need. We appreciate your feedback, and we’ll make sure to review the kitchen inventory to ensure all essentials are available.
As for the chair, we’re sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. We’ll address that issue right away to ensure all furniture is safe and secure.
We hope to host you again in the future!

ok, but not the best
It is not as nice as the photos. It was fine and clean in the important areas, but lacking in deep cleaning and general maintenance (yard overgrown, carpet steps were not vacumed, bent curtain rod, no garbage bags or dishwasher tabs for replacement, etc). The kitchen is very sparse in kitchenware. They have plenty of good quality plates, bowls glasses and silver ware, which I really appreciated. The house was missing many expected items: pots and pans (there was 1 each), bottle opener, cork screw, spatula, baking dish, pizza pan, cheese grater, etc.) Communication with the manager was ok. I did not get check in instructions until I reached out to them while in route to the home. I asked about bringing a dog and did not get back for 3 days, (after I checked in). I had communicated with difficulty locking the door and didn't get a resonable response before we had to leave with the home unlocked.
