Charming and close to everything downtown!Lots of little personal touches throughout.Just to emphasize what is in the description if you are unable to use stairs this might not be the place for you.Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place for our multi-generation group to stay for Valpo's graduation! Easy check in and excellent communication with host. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place in Valpo.

This was an absolutely amazing property; we had a truly incredible stay. The property upgrades have been wisely invested in. This is on a quiet, historic street within walking distance of the lovely Valpo downtown square.

This downtown duplex was perfect for our family. The location is great if you want to be within walking distance of downtown. We were in town for a wedding, and we found that the area was centrally located and very convenient. The duplex was as described, SO clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms had sound machines, which were a nice touch.

Nice property and location. Both units are on the 2nd floor so you have to navigate stair each time you come and go, just as the listing indicates. Very clean and quiet other than the portable AC units which can be a bit noisy but not horrible. The owner was very responsive. I would stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

Beautiful home, walkable location

Beautifully maintained landmark home, walkable to the main drag in Valparaiso. Loved walking to a different coffee shop every morning. Lots of nice touches and plenty of space. There was a heat wave while were in town, and the rooms have standalone AC units that do a good job, but they can't really cut the humidity the way central air does. The AC units are loud, but it is a constant sound, like white noise, just FYI. The two units are entirely separate, but their entry doors a just a few yards apart. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent experience at this property. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and coffee shops and there was plenty of street parking. We loved the duplex setup since we were traveling with friends and enjoyed the privacy each unit offered while still allowing us to be together. We hope to stay again next year!
