Golfers, tennis enthusiasts, bikers, birders, and beach bums-This hidden island gem is just for you! All of the amenities you want are checked off to make your stay on HHI a truly "Golden Getaway".

Our: private beach-gate access, 2 private pools, gas grills, playground, pickleball courts, 3 golf courses, bike trails, private restaurants, 3 clubhouses, 1 World Class tennis facility, and exquisite nature views at every turn creates the getaway you dream of year after year. (Video coming soon).

This villa is a second floor unit overlooking the scenic Brigantine Golf Course designed by William Byrd. The second floor living gives you the amazing feeling-you are the only ones there!

The kitchen is fully equipped and has plenty of room for any culinary quest you choose. (Fresh Lowcountry Seafood from Hudson's Market is always a guest favorite.) Grilling steaks and chicken at our neighborhood gas grills is another great way to start the evening off right.

The bedrooms are spacious with lots of natural light and room to spread out. The Master Bedroom has a slider out to the back patio.

The bathrooms have plenty of counter space and each has a shower and tub for soaking after a fun, sun-filled day of island life.

The open Living and Dining Spaces allow for great memory making with friends and family (This includes sleeper sofa for 2. The grandkids always love this feature.)

The quiet back patio off of the Living Room and Master Bedroom is great for enjoying coffee in the morning sun and shaded for relaxation in the late afternoon/evening.

The in-unit washer and dryer allow for less
packing, which is always a plus:)

Guest can arrive anytime after 4PM on Saturday. (If arriving on a different day, please contact Sun Quest Property Management for further instructions in your Pre-Arrival Welcome Packet.) All checkouts must be completed by 10AM on Saturday. (The general/preferred stay at Golden Getaway is Saturday to Saturday.)
