Excellent location, easy walking distance to the pier and restaurants. We meet up with kids and grandchildren. There’s a park, boardwalk for biking, snd fun zone close by.

Location was perfect, beach was beautiful!!!Property was not as expected. Pictures did not reflect the property as it is now. Sad to say the property is outdated and furnishing and some of the furniture in poor condition. I expected a lot more from Newport Beach.

This condo was 11 out of 10. So lovely inside and the patio overlooking the park and greenbelt was ideal. My only issue was I booked this 2 days before our stay, and basically needed close to a DNA sample in order to get the reservation confirmed. As a business owner myself, I understand being cautious to assure people are not committing fraud, but this was a bit extreme and it was unnecessary anxiety trying to produce the documents requested while traveling. However, as far as the condo is concerned, I 1000% would love to come back over and over! We didn't want to leave, and looking forward to booking again. I just sent this over to a couple of our friends looking to visit Newport in the coming months, I just reminded them to not book last minute :)
