Great place to stay. Very spacious. Quiet with great views. Everything you need is only two miles away. Gifts, groceries, food, live music, etc.

This place was perfect! The overall property is perfect for dogs and children. Perfect distance to the downtown. This specific unit was perfectly stocked for cooking. I would stay here again. The property owner was very quick to respond to questions.

It was a wonderful stay!

This place was very relaxing, quiet, clean, and homey. We loved our getaway from our busy lives. I would recommend this place for a staying by the beach. Just a walk into town. It was a great experience.

Could use some storage in the master. Maybe a chest of drawers or an armoire. One more comfortable chair would be good when there are 2 couples. Everything else was great. Thanks for a nice stay. I would recommend.

Great location and amazing property walking or a short drive to everything Newport has to offer, the ocean, bay, aquarium, old town, and restaurants.

Lovely location, nicely appointed property

This was a wonderful location for our Newport stay, within walking distance of the bayfront and easy driving distance of everywhere else. We tried the on-property wine bar for dinner one night and were very impressed with the food and the service.One negative was the bed, which was very saggy and left us with aching backs and shoulders after a few nights.

Oregon Coast short vacation

Great property, the resort is perfect. Very nice property. Only has one key, problematic if one group wants to acess the pool and the other wants to leave the room. Other than that, highly recommend.

We never met a host. Noticed one chipped small plate, missing chess pieces preventing play, only 4 coffee pods for 2 coffee drinkers for 4 mornings BUT LOVED the soft lap blankets, the indoor pool, comfy beds, beautiful kitchen, accessible walk to town, excellent weather, gorgeous sunsets!

Place was cutely decorated and had sufficient kitchen supplies which was appreciated. The beds were comfortable which is a big plus. The condo needs some repairs - there was a poorly replaced tile in the master bathroom, a towel hanger that kept falling off in the master bathroom, and two transition pieces in the living/kitchen areas that need to be replaced. It was not adequately cleaned before we arrived. The floors hadn’t been vacuumed and there were visible crumbs/etc in every room, and stains on the area rug. I cleaned before we brought anything in because of this. Not the best way to start a vacation. Additionally, the listing said it could sleep 6 people but when I contacted the host to ask because there’s only 2 beds, they said it could accommodate 6 people. They then changed the listing to say sleeps 4. We made it work with air mattresses for our kids, because we weren’t able to find anything else.

Nice spot but the unit was very dirty. The couch and carpets were pretty gross. The tub didn't drain and the tile in the bathroom needs to be fixed and cleaned.
