This was a large and cozy place to stay! The temperature was in the 90’s during our stay, but the window air conditions kept us cool both upstairs and on the main floor. We enjoyed playing lots of corn hole with the set provided by the host. The kitchen was well stocked. And the house was clean.

Quaint and spacious place to spend a few days in PA. Loved cozying up next to the fire Place and relaxing. Host was accommodating and responsive. Would definitely book again if we were in the area.

Just like the photos- everything was great!

We stayed there to attend graduation at Bucknell. It’s on a beautiful piece of land, which made for beautiful photos of the family with our graduate. Communication was great and everything was just as it appeared online. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds.

Perfect New Year Get Away

The house was perfect for our 2 families with 5 kids. Plenty of space to sleep. The house is nice and the views out of the back window are amazing. I love how they included a few gifts from local small businesses as well as list many local small businesses in their guidebook.

Our stay was wonderful. House was as described. The pictures don't due the size justice. The space seemed larger than pictured (which is a good thing). I only had contact with the host for a question or two and she was very quick to respond. I'd definitely recommend staying at Angelina'a place.

Magic in Middleburg

We absolutely loved this little getaway. So reasonably priced and spot-on for all our needs. From the welcome gift to all the Christmas tree accents. The instructions for the house and hot tub were clear and reasonable and everything was clean and comfortable. We are already looking for dates for another trip. Thank you so much!

Beautiful home and nicely decorated. Only 2 of the 3 upstairs bedrooms had window air conditioners. The 4th room for sleeping was not used but it also did not have a window air conditioner. Staying in the Fall and Winter would not be an issue, but we stayed in July with 90 degree plus temperatures. Owner offered fans which helped

6 out of 10. Ouch. That's harsh. Just responding for any future travelers reading this review. We have window air conditioners installed May 1st through September 30th. This is the only complaint that we received regarding not enough air conditioning when the units were installed. We do always try to better the stay for future guests so for future we will look into installing an additional A/C window unit.

Impressed!

My girlfriend's and I go away every few months on a "girls" trip. This was our first time staying at the Tree Farm and we will be back. The house was SUPER CLEAN and decorated so nice. Beds were very comfortable and the dining room table was big enough to accommodate all 6 of us with plenty of room. Our main reason for choosing this property was because of the hot tub. My only and biggest complaint is that the chemicals in the hot tub were low,(no chlorine) and the water was cold. I bring my own test strips to test hot tub water because of the possibility of getting a skin condition if the chemicals are too low. The water was cold so we could not enjoy this amenity unfortunately. The owners left us a gift basket of wine from the local winery and Middleswarth potato chips which was a very thoughtful touch. We are looking forward to our next stay there!

Thank you again for staying with us. It means a lot that you found the house super clean and nicely decorated. Thank you for the kind words. We do apologize for the cold water in the hot tub. Our prior guest turned the hot tub on sleep mode and we didn't know that until right before your stay. We quickly did change the hot tub out of sleep mode but apparently it wasn't within enough time to warm up the water for your use. Regarding chemicals we do have a chlorine dispenser that floats in the water to constantly release the chlorine. We also check the chemical levels nearly daily. While our test strips read that the chlorine level is satisfactory we have opened up the dispenser to release even more chlorine into the water for higher chlorine levels for future guests. Thank you for drawing all of this to our attention and Thank you again for staying with us.
