This renovated Old Town estate is designed for the real downtown experience in the Conch Republic, but in a large home-base all your own. SWEET HOME ANGELITA is located right in Old Town, half a block away from Duval Street and smack dab in the center of the entertainment district. You couldn't be any closer to the late-night scene and attractions of downtown. Fair warning... It can get a little noisy out there! SWEET HOME ANGELITA was renovated into two apartments which are offered together in this dual-home compound. You'll have two living rooms, two full kitchens, two sets of washer/dryers, and plenty of space for your group both in shared areas and private accommodations. You won't need a car, but should you decide to bring one you will have one spot in the driveway.

THE LIVING AREAS AND KITCHENS...

SWEET HOME ANGELITA is a combination of two apartments: one upstairs, and one downstairs. Each apartment has its own living area and kitchen.

As you enter either the upstairs or downstairs living areas, you are greeted with a modern tropical feeling in the light-filled living room with tall ceilings and high end finishes. There are large flat screen TVs in spacious living areas with plenty of seating. The sofas pulls out to sleeper beds to sleep extra guests in a pinch.

Off of the living areas, each upscale kitchen is fully equipped with all the high-end tools and appliances you'll need to whip up a meal at home (if you can resist the temptation of all of the famous Key West restaurants within walking distance, that is.) There are dining areas both upstairs and downstairs for the group to gather or spread out. The front and back of the home have doors to the wrap-around decks, both upstairs and downstairs, for you to enjoy your morning coffee and some prime Old Town Key West people watching.

The accommodations of SWEET HOME ANGELITA are designed to accommodate either a family or several couples comfortably.

First Floor
• Bedroom #1: King bed, full closet, flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

• Bedroom #2: Two Twins OR One King bed, full closet, flat screen TV, direct access to the back covered patio, and direct access to the hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Second Floor
• Bedroom #3: Queen bed, flat screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

• Bedroom #4: Queen bed, flat screen TV, direct access to the wrap around deck, and access to the shared full bathroom in the hallway with a walk-in shower.

• Bedroom #5: King bed, flat screen TV, direct access to the wrap around deck, and access to the shared full bathroom in the hallway with a walk-in shower.

• Last Key Realty vacation homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
