Our apologies for the hair in the main bath, the gritty floor, and the air return; housekeeping has been notified to address those areas. We’re also sorry about the oven display and heat inconsistency, maintenance will inspect the unit and we’ll add clearer operating instructions. As for the lower king bed, we’ll raise it (or add risers) to make it more comfortable for future guests. If we had known during your stay, we would have been happy to address these right away, but we’re grateful you brought them to our attention and they’ve now been taken care of.
