★★ THE SPACE★★

The first living area on the left side of this spacious two-story oasis features a daybed with a trundle and a TV. Please note: The first living area can be converted into a 5th bedroom.

The dining room, with seating for up to 8 (more if rearranged slightly), leads to the fully equipped kitchen. The second living area, complete with a 50" Fire TV and a cozy sectional, is perfect for relaxation.

Upstairs, you'll find four bedrooms. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a separate tub and shower. For younger guests, there's a bunk bed bedroom with a trundle. A third full bathroom is conveniently located nearby. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The fourth bedroom, ideal for remote work, offers a king-sized bed and a dedicated workspace.

The queen-sized bedroom is ideal for a couple traveling together. For additional guests, the bunkbed bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements. A full bathroom (in between this bedroom and bedroom #4) provides convenience. This space sleeps 2 guests.

Need to work remotely? Our dedicated workspace is perfect for setting up your laptop. The king-sized bedroom also offers a private space for focused work. This space sleeps 2 guests.

We've included a pack-and-play and a safety gate for added convenience. Please note that the house is not fully childproof, so adult supervision is essential.

In addition to the ensuite bathroom of the master bedroom, the home features two full relaxing bathrooms that cater to the remaining three (or four with the conversion of the first living space) bedrooms. All are stocked with essential toiletries, so you don't need to worry about overpacking.

Expect a quick and prompt response. We give our guests space but are available for every inquiry.

★ WINTER DRIVING ★
We cannot control the weather and no refunds will be given due to trip cancellations, interruptions, or inconveniences caused due to unforeseeable weather conditions; therefore, we recommend the purchase of travel insurance for all planned vacations. Travel insurance will protect your investment in the event of weather events that would make roads impassable to vehicles or the property uninhabitable due to damage caused by natural disasters.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. Where possible, we allot a 24-hour buffer between guests.

★ PET-FRIENDLY HOME ($100 PER PET FEE; 3 DOGS MAX) ★
Bring your furry friends! Three small dogs are welcome. Please crate them indoors and avoid furniture. We have space for them in the living room near to the wood burning insert. Excessive pet damage or cleaning may incur additional fees. If you have a service dog, it must not be left in the house unattended for any reason. Service dogs are meant to assist the guest, so if the guest is not present, the dog cannot stay unsupervised. Otherwise, the standard fee will be charged.

★ IN-DOOR FIREPLACE ★
While we have an operable wood burning fireplace insert, for safety reasons, wood burning is not permitted on the property. Any evidence of wood burning will incur a fine.

★ NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY ★
Please refrain from smoking inside or around the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. Smoking inside and around the house (inclusive of the front porch and backyard) will result in a $500 penalty. Smoking is allowed on the street and far away from the house. If you or any of the guests smoke, this listing is not for you.

★ RING PRODUCTS★
Please note there are: (i) an exterior ring doorbell camera, and (ii) two ring devices (one near the chimney and one near the shed), capable of recording. Any tampering with the camera will not be tolerated, and will result in a fine of $500.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS/LOUD GATHERINGS ★
We kindly ask that you respect the home and its belongings for future guests and your return visits. Unauthorized guests and/or extra guests to the property may result in immediate eviction/dismissal without any refunds.

★ FREE CLEANING DURING THE EXTENDED STAY ★
Cleaning is once per month (e.g., for a 2 month stay, cleaning at midway and upon checkout will be free). Free cleaning following your stay. 30+ days rental will require additional information, approval and sign a rental agreement.

★ NO ICE OR FILTERED WATER ★
We do not guarantee ice or filtered water for drinking.
