Loved the location of the cabin. Steps away from the beach and there is a dedicated parking spot. We went in October so it wasn’t warm enough to enjoy swimming but loved watching the beautiful sunsets from the pier. The bed is comfy. The shower is very tight so if you are a larger person it might not be the best fit. The day we were to arrive, I received a phone call letting me know there was a problem with the gas and we wouldn’t have an oven, cooktop, or heater. Then a few days later, we got a notice the water would be shut off for a short time. Despite these interruptions or lack of utilities, they did their best to fully communicate and to provide what they could (toaster oven, hot plate, and space heaters) which I appreciated. Overall, our stay was lovely and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Amazing stay. Loved being water front! Everyone goes and sets up their chairs and umbrellas as soon as they arrive and leaves them overnight, so keep that in mind and set up your gear when you get there

The only thing missing is there were no beach towels, cooler or folding chairs, hard to bring these when you fly and would have been great for the outdoor summer concerts. Cannot beat the view and location! Highly recommend for couple or small family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived 9/22/25 to find a notice on the front door of our unit informing us that they were going to slurry seal the parking lot the next communication with us about this before we arrived so we could have rescheduled or made other adjustments.Apparently, the lodge didn't communicate with the management company or the owner of the unit that this was going to happen.So we had to park across the street for two days which by the way, was having its own heavy construction going on that we had to cross to reach our car.So our visit didn't start out great and the young lady at the front desk wasn't very helpful with information.We paid a lot of money and didn't feelwe got a good return for it.

The property and location are great. One thing we discovered is that in early June Lake Tahoe experiences a “pollen-gedon” where everything is blanketed in pollen like snow. This unfortunately made the water at the beach here look like French’s mustard by the afternoon. I would definitely return- the property is wonderful - but I would come back later in summer.
