The cabin was charming, quiet and within easy access to all kinds of out doors activities. All kinds of modern upgrades, yet so warm and welcoming. If you want to unwind and unplug in peaceful setting this is the place for you.

Linda and Scott were very responsive and have a lovely cabin off the beaten track. It was perfect for a Valentines getaway for my wife and I!
We could not have been more pleased with our stay. Everything was excellent. It worked great for us and our dogs. The trails behind the cabin were so nice to use. We will have so many good memories from this trip. Thank you to the hosts.

Thank you Jessica! We’re glad you used the marked trails to exercise your dogs. We hope the map in the Cabin was helpful along with the green flag tape along the trail.

I throughly enjoyed my stay. The cabin is extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook any meal. The owner was nice enough to come and plow the driveway during my stay. I highly recommend this property if you want a quiet stay.

Thank you for your kind remarks. We would love to have you stay again.
Beautiful property! We had a great time. Loved the well stocked and spacious kitchen, which had all the gadgets and utensils that one would need. Outside, the surrounding area was great for bird and nature lovers like us. During just a few hours one morning I observed and photographed a rose-breasted grosbeak, ovenbird, Nashville warbler, indigo bunting, yellow-bellied sapsucker and great-crested flycatcher. Thanks for enabling such terrific memories for us!
We loved our stay here! The cabin is gorgeous with wood all throughout. The electric fireplace was great especially for ambiance. The kitchen was setup for anything you might have wanted to cook. The shower with the rainfall option was fantastic! And most importantly we truly enjoyed being secluded with no neighbors. We were able to take in the cleary lite stars and sounds of the wilderness. Very well maintained property and everything was clean. It was a nice touch of Linda to leave a superb tasting homemade strawberry jam upon our arrival. I booked this for our son's 15th birthday and thank you for making this a memorable birthday for us all! Definitely will be coming back!

Hi Rebecca,
Thank you for the wonderful review and for staying with us! We are thrilled you were able to relax and enjoy the Grayling area. We would love to host you in the future!

I was pleasantly surprised to see this cabin inside and out as the pictures posted online do NOT do it justice. This quaint cottage is completely redone inside and out. I found it orderly and very clean. I slept like a baby on the futon while my son slept on the upper level indicating he slept well, too. It was very peaceful, quiet and we enjoyed out time there very much. I was a bit surprised that we were requested to wash all towels and bedding, though. I haven't done that at other Vrbo's. Not a big deal, but would like to not have to feel obligated to do that since I do enough at home! lol

Hi Rebecca,
Thank you for the nice review. I’m sorry for the misunderstanding on the washing of towels and bedding, you are not required to wash them just put them in the laundry room and start a load for us with the Tide pods provided. I agree the last thing you want to do in vacation is laundry!
Thanks again for staying with us and we hope to host you again.
