This beautiful home is perfect for a weekend or week stay. We had 6 adults staying and there was plenty of space. The kitchen is the heart of the home and comes with everything you may need. We will definitely be staying again!

This was an amazing place to stay. Much bigger than we thought it was. The location is great and we really enjoyed using bicycles to ride on the bicycle trails.

The house has everything you need. The furniture was great! The king bed was cozy; the others were only okay. Our dogs loved it, and the next-door neighbor was so kind! Being at the end of the cul-de-sac makes it very private. We opted to hang in the game room. It was the coziest room in the house. The fireplace didn't work, and we wasted a lot of time waiting for them to come and fix it since we had 2 dogs. We ended up canceling because it messed up the reservations for a boat we had reserved. The frustrating part was the property management company. When communicating, I never heard from the same person. It was always someone different. It made it super confusing and partly why we canceled the handyman.

This house is wonderful! We stayed over the labor day weekend and had the best time. Super close to restaurants, stores and beach. Plus SLO is right around the corner. Hoping to stay there again. This place is a MUST RENT if you're considering.

Listing said pet friendly up to 2 dogs (50 lbs. each) but after we booked they said it was 1 under 60 or 2 under 20. Didn't matter that it was posted wrong on their listing! The management company wasn't particularly nice or friendly to deal with either. Floor was pretty dirty and beds marginal--bordering on uncomfortable. Biggest drawback was that there's no A/C...which shouldn't matter by the beach with the windows open. But then you hear all the street noise as it backs to the main highway. Also, it said there were TV channels available but we could never get it to work. We weren't there to watch TV but still...if it's advertised it should work.Finally, there is no backyard. The fire pit and bbq are in the front of the house and the neighbor across the street also likes to party in his front yard and garage with the door open...so no privacy and pretty noisy if you want to be outside at all.

Hello Steve! We are sorry for the confusion on the pets that we can allow - we do include the statement "1 Dog under 60lbs or 2 Dogs under 20lbs allowed" twice in the description of the house, to do our best to make sure that it is seen by guests when they are booking. We also do not advertise the house as having a backyard and show the BBQ and sitting area in the front of the house in several photos. We are sorry to hear that the neighbor disturbed you - this is new information to us, so we appreciate learning this. As for the A/C, there are very few homes in our area with A/C, it is extremely rare to need it. We checked all of our communications with you and we never received a message from you regarding the problems you had with getting the TV to work. We would have been happy to stop by and help you with that if we had known. We hope you enjoyed your time with your family and are sorry to hear that the house didn't work too well for you. We have many other homes in the area and hope that you are able to find something that works better for you next time! We appreciate the feedback!

Absolutely charming home. It was perfect for us. Clean, well maintained and great location.

We had a great time at this rental property! We made some good memories and were very comfortable. The house was well kept and there were enough comforters, towels and lots of cooking utensils.

Comfy and Spacious for a Relaxing Beach Getaway

Our family of six had plenty of room and we really enjoyed the fact that it was close to the ocean and near all of the local points of interest. The decor was welcoming, the kitchen amenities were perfect, the house was immaculate, and the ping pong table and bikes were a big hit.

Fun Time with Family

We enjoyed the home and the location was perfect. Very clean and well kept. We enjoyed sitting outside around the fire pit and made good use of the BBQ and ping pong table. This home was perfect for our needs

Best rental ever!

This was by far the best rental property we have ever stayed at. Not only was it clean and up to date, but the beds were amazingly comfortable, there were tons of areas to spread out and relax, and the patio was outstanding. We wished we didn’t have to leave.
