A welcoming retreat for families or groups, this awesome property is the perfect spot to create lasting memories on one of the areas best lakes. Clear shallow waters with sandy bottom perfect for swimming. Two kayaks and fishing gear included. In the winter months enjoy the beautiful view of a snow covered lake. Year round activities with the joys of nature all around. An 18 hole golf course is located within half mile. Mt Brighton ski resort only 10 minutes away. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

Main floor master suite includes luxury walk in shower. Upstairs master suite with full bath. An additional bathroom upstairs and and powder room on the main floor.

Perfect little getaway!

We had an incredible stay at this amazing lake house on Lake Chemung! The property perfectly balances modern comfort with cozy cottage charm and was perfect for my family of 8. The house was spotless and thoughtfully equipped, offering everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.The main floor master suite with the luxury walk-in shower was a highlight, and the additional bedrooms were spacious and comfortable for everyone in our group.In the evenings, we enjoyed the serene lake views and the nearby Mt. Brighton ski resort. Definitely a destination we’d love to return to.The host was absolutely amazing—responsive, kind, and welcoming. They made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay.Highly recommend this property for anyone looking to create lasting memories by the lake.
