Doors & Windows:
Make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked. Don’t forget to lock the patio doors as well!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

With a busy summer schedule full of kids' activities, we knew we wanted a lake home that felt like an escape—but without the long drive. We built this property to be a perfect fit for multiple families to enjoy! Less than 30 minutes from home and connected to the beautiful chain of lakes. Step outside and enjoy our brand-new private dock, where guests are welcome to bring their own boat or take advantage of our optional boat rental with a licensed captain-- perfect for tubing, cruising the chain of lakes, or relaxing with a sunset ride. The water is calm and shallow for over 600 feet, located in a no-wake zone, making it exceptionally safe and enjoyable for swimming, paddling, and floating-- especially for families with kids.
Unlike most lakefront getaways, this home is just 30 minutes from Ann Arbor, making it a convenient escape without the long drive.
