Please note: There is three (3) security camera that can record video and audio located on the outside of the property. There are no cameras indoors. Tampering with the outdoor camera will result in immediate eviction. The camera is there for security/guest safety. It is strictly prohibited to move, cover, or otherwise tamper with the camera.
Locations of camera:
On the deck facing the driway.
On a tree in the front yard with a view of the driveway and front entrance.
On the tree in the back facing the hot tub area.
We use the camera for safety. First we need to see who is coming into the house. We also check the deliveries and vehicles that enter the property and we need to monitor the fire pit and hot tub area. If there are any accidents that happen, we can call the security right away.
